3. Contract

3.1 The Company will email a Customer confirming that an order has been received. This email does not indicate that a contract exists between The Company and the Customer. The Company will indicate acceptance of the Customers order, and hence a contract between both parties, when the goods are despatched. This has been included to protect The Company in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, goods have inadvertently been under-priced, or The Company is no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, the Customer will be notified to ensure that the price is acceptable or given the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

4. Payment

4.1 The Company will debit the Customers credit/debit card with payment in full for the Goods and delivery charges on or after the date of the Customers order.

4.3 When the Customers order is placed, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach The Company. They are not held in clear text on any website.

5. Delivery

5.1 The Goods will be delivered by a nominated courier to the address specified by the Customer, which is detailed in the order confirmation email.

5.2 You must inspect goods thoroughly when signing for delivery. When signing for delivery you accept that the goods have been received in good condition. If items are damaged on delivery you should not accept them. Let the courier return them to The Company. You should never sign a delivery as 'unchecked'. You must inform us of this within 24 hours of delivery.

5.3 Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to deliver the Goods within 7 working days, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and The Company shall not be liable for any delay howsoever caused. Please allow up to 14 days before you contact us about delivery times. Please do not order any item with the expectation that it will be delivered within 7 working days.

5.4 If the Customer fails to take delivery of the Goods at the address specified in the order confirmation email, or fails to provide The Company with adequate delivery instructions, then the Goods will be returned to The Company and the Customer contacted. In this instance, The Company will charge the Customer for redelivery of the Goods.

5.5 Some Items are delivered directly from the manufacturer, please note that you are bound by the terms of the delivery from the manufacturer.

6. Ownership and Risk

6.1 The risk of loss or damage to the Goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery of the Goods to the address specified in the order confirmation email.

6.2 The Company remains the owner of the Goods until the Customer has paid in full for such Goods.

6.3 The Customer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify The Company within a reasonable time from the moment the delivery is signed for (48 hours). If the Goods are damaged or do not comply with the details presented in the order confirmation email. If the Customer fails to do this, he/she is deemed to have accepted the Goods.

6.4 Any Goods in respect of which a claim of defect or damage is made shall be preserved by the Customer at the Customers risk and retained for a reasonable period to enable The Company to inspect or collect the Goods.

Goods received damaged on return will not receive a refund from the Company and the Customer shall pursue their carrier for reimbursement and or return. Returns made under this provision must be agreed in writing or by electronic mail by both parties before the goods are returned. This provision is not applicable to "made to order" or bespoke items. We will refund your money as soon as possible on receipt of the goods and within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card originally used to complete the initial transaction and less any costs (if any) incurred.
