The following Terms and Conditions
cover the sale of goods from
Furniture Components UK Limited and do not
affect your statutory rights as a
consumer.

1.1
Furniture Components UK Ltd own and run the following web
sites
- Tapsaver.co.uk
- Sinksaver.co.uk
- FCStore.co.uk
1.2 The Customer means the person who buys or
agrees to buy items from any websites owned and run by Furniture
Components UK Ltd.
1.3 Goods means the items supplied in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions.
1.4 The following are Web trading names of Furniture Components UK Ltd:
- Tapsaver.co.uk
- Sinksaver.co.uk
- FCStore.co.uk
1.5 The Company refers to Furniture Components UK Ltd
and any of the web sites listed
above as applicable.

2.1 The
price of the Goods shall be that
specified on the The Company
website and confirmed within the
order confirmation email.
2.2 All prices
specified are inclusive of VAT
but exclusive of delivery, which
will be displayed in the
shopping cart prior to the
Customer confirming the order.

3.1
The Company will email a Customer
confirming that an order has
been received. This email does
not indicate that a contract
exists between The Company
and the Customer. The Company
will indicate acceptance of the
Customers order, and hence a
contract between both parties,
when the goods are despatched.
This has been included to
protect The Company in the
case that a mistake has been
made in pricing, goods have
inadvertently been under-priced,
or The Company is no longer
able to supply a particular
product for some reason. In the
case of a change of price, the
Customer will be notified to
ensure that the price is
acceptable or given the
opportunity to cancel the order
and receive a full refund.

4.1
The Company will debit the Customers
credit/debit card with payment
in full for the Goods and
delivery charges on or after the
date of the Customers order.
4.2 If payment
is declined by the issuer of the
Customers credit or debit card,
The Company will contact the
Customer to establish an
alternative means of payment
before authorising the despatch
of Goods.
4.3 When the
Customers order is placed,
credit card numbers are
encrypted using 128 bit
encryption. They are only
decrypted after they reach
The Company. They are not
held in clear text on any
website.

5.1 The
Goods will be delivered by a
nominated courier to the address
specified by the Customer, which
is detailed in the order
confirmation email.
5.2 You must
inspect goods thoroughly when signing
for delivery. When signing for delivery
you accept that the goods have been
received
in good condition. If items are damaged on delivery
you should not accept them.
Let the courier return them to
The Company.
You should never sign a delivery as 'unchecked'.
You must inform us of this within 24 hours of delivery.
5.3 Whilst
every reasonable effort shall be
made to deliver the Goods within
7 working days, time of delivery
shall not be of the essence and
The Company shall not be
liable for any delay howsoever
caused. Please allow up to 14
days before you contact us about
delivery times. Please do not
order any item with the
expectation that it will be
delivered within 7 working days.
5.4 If the
Customer fails to take delivery
of the Goods at the address
specified in the order
confirmation email, or fails to
provide The Company with
adequate delivery instructions,
then the Goods will be returned
to The Company and the
Customer contacted. In this
instance, The Company will
charge the Customer for
redelivery of the Goods.
5.5 Some Items are
delivered directly from the
manufacturer, please note that
you are bound by the terms of
the delivery from the
manufacturer.

6.1 The risk
of loss or damage to the Goods
shall pass to the Customer upon
delivery of the Goods to the
address specified in the order
confirmation email.
6.2 The Company remains the owner of the
Goods until the Customer has
paid in full for such Goods.
6.3 The
Customer shall inspect the Goods
immediately upon receipt and
shall notify The Company
within a reasonable time from
the moment the delivery is
signed for (48 hours). If
the Goods are damaged or do not
comply with the details
presented in the order
confirmation email. If the
Customer fails to do this,
he/she is deemed to have
accepted the Goods.
6.4 Any Goods
in respect of which a claim of
defect or damage is made shall
be preserved by the Customer at
the Customers risk and retained
for a reasonable period to
enable The Company to inspect
or collect the Goods.

7.1 You may
cancel your order at any time
between the day the order is
placed and and the end of the
7th day following the day on
which the goods are recieved.
7.2 Goods returned must be in a
saleable as new condition and
returned in their original
packaging. Shrink wrapped and
factory packaged goods must be
returned unopened. The Customer
must arrange transportation and
pay all costs involved in
transporting the goods back to
the warehouse from which they
came. The goods must be insured
whilst in transit for the full
value of their cost price. Goods
received damaged on return
will not receive a refund from
the Company and the Customer
shall pursue their carrier for
reimbursement and or return.
Returns made under this
provision must be agreed in
writing or by electronic mail by
both parties before the goods
are returned. This provision is
not applicable to "made to
order" or bespoke items. We will refund
your money as soon as possible
on receipt of the goods and within 30 days.
Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card
originally used to complete the initial transaction
and less any costs (if any) incurred.
These cancellation terms do not apply to special order items,
goods made to your specification or
good purchased in store.
7.3 If a
customer wishes to return a
product for exchange, this will
be dealt with as a new order,
with an agreed credit for the
returned item being issued upon
receipt of the item at The
Company
and following inspection at this
time. Any applicable costs
chargeable for the return, as
mentioned in 7.1 will be levied
against the returned item.
7.4 Upon
receipt of your order you must
inform The Company of any damage or
discrepancy in writing within 48
hours from the time of delivery.
The Company will not be liable for
any product stored beyond this
time 'unchecked' by you our
customer.

8.1
The Company does not disclose
Customers information to third
parties other than when order
details are processed as part of
the order fulfilment. In this
case, the third party will not
disclose any of the details to
any other third party.
8.2 Cookies are
used on this website to keep
track of the contents of your
shopping cart. They are also
used after you have logged on as
part of that process. You can
turn off cookies within your
browser by going to 'Tools |
Internet Options | Privacy'
and selecting to block cookies.
If you turn off cookies, you
will be unable to place orders
or benefit from the other
features that use cookies.

9.1 Every
effort has been made by
The Company to ensure that no error
or omission has been made in any
website text, price list, order
confirmation email, or other
document, information or indeed
advice given by employees of
The Company. In this respect,
correction shall be without any
liability on the part of
The Company.
9.2 In the
event that The Company is
prevented from carrying out its
obligations under a contract of
sale as a result of any cause
beyond its control such as, but
not limited to, Acts of God,
War, Strikes, Lock-outs, Flood
and Failure of third parties to
deliver goods, then
The Company shall be relieved of its
obligations and liabilities
under such contract of sale as
long as such fulfilment is
prevented.
9.3 Except as
may be implied by law where the
Customer is dealing as a
consumer, in the event of any
breach of these Terms and
Conditions by The Company the
remedies of the Customer shall
be limited to damages which
shall in no circumstances exceed
the price of the Goods and
The Company shall under no
circumstances be liable for any
direct, incidental or
consequential damage.
9.4 The laws of
England shall govern the
contract between The Company
and the Customer.
9.5 If any part
of these Terms and Conditions
that is fundamental is found to
be illegal or unenforceable,
such findings will not affect
the validity or enforceability
of the remainder of these Terms
and Conditions.

10.1 Sales on
spare parts are done at customer
request as a special order. We
cannot accept returns on spare
items.
